We run regular class blocks of 6/7 weeks. You can book the full 6/7 week block during our bookings windows (see Book Now page for dates) or opt for Drop In classes at any time.
We also offer Saturday Workshops.
If you haven't been to us before and have an existing injury or no previous experience of Pilates, we'll ask you to come for a 1-1 or Intro Workshop first.

Matwork Pilates
- Great, fun classes using the small Pilates equipment with the matwork repertoire of exercises to build strength & mobility, suitable for all levels. Max of 6 clients.
Reformer Pilates
- Our Reformer classes are a great full body workout, challenging strength, balance and flexibility using this great piece of equipment. Max of 6 clients.
Reformer Workshop
- Our Intro Workshops with Liz are the perfect place to start your Reformer journey. You'll finish with a new confidence in Reformer Pilates and ready to book a class!
Private Classes
per person per session
- Book private classes for a small group of 2-4 friends or family. These sessions are booked individually to suit your diary, fully refundable (24 hr cancellation) and no minimum session no.
Initial Appointment
1-1 Assessment
- We'll go through an assessment to identify your specific goals from body conditioning to injury rehab and introduce you to the Reformer. You can then start your private training or join a class.
1-1 Pilates
Private Training
- Book 1-1 training sessions to target your specific goals. Target strength, flexibility, mobility or injury rehab, choose a focus on Matwork, Reformer or both! These can be booked in blocks of 4 or 10 sessions.
Drop In Vs Block Booking Classes
Block Booking
This allows you to reserve your place in a class for the full block of classes and at a reduced rate, it also ensures you will be added to the priority booking window for the subsequent block as well as full Online Membership! This option is non-refundable but it does offer a class make-up facility *subject to terms & conditions.Drop-In Sessions
There are for single class passes and are at a higher rate. These are fully refundable (up to 24 hrs) and you are not tied into a block or minimum number of sessions. They do not include Online Membership.
