If you’re joining us for the first time, these are the 3 best value packages we recommend, designed to help you find the right starting point for you — whether you want to explore all the studio equipment, start classes or focus on personalised 1–1 training.

Our classes are run in 6-7 week blocks and we open block booking between specific dates. Alternatively, you can book Drop In's at any time.

When you block book our classes you become a member of our Client Club, giving you access to priority booking, our On-Demand Studio for home workouts as well as special offers.
