How do I book onto a class?

Online. We run classes in set 6/7 week blocks. You can book the whole block before it starts (during the block booking window) or book Drop In classes after the block has started (subject to availability).

You book the classes (blocks or Drop Ins) via the website – navigate to the ‘book now’ tab on the website and select ‘book a class’ and follow the steps to set up an account with us and make your booking.

What is the difference between Block Booking & Drop Ins?

Block booking allows you to reserve your place in a class for the full block of classes and at a reduced rate, it also ensures you will be added to the priority booking window for the subsequent block as well as full Online Membership! This option is non-refundable but it does offer a class make-up option – see below.

Drop-In sessions are for single class passes and are at a higher rate. These are fully refundable (up to 24 hrs) and you are not tied into a block or minimum number of sessions. This doesn’t include Online Membership or priority booking.

I have booked onto the full block but what happens if i’m on holiday or get ill one week – what do I do?

If you are away, ill or have other commitments you are able to cancel the individual class on that date (minimum 24hrs notice) from within your account, it will then be credited back to your profile as a Make Up class which you can use on another class at the studio within the same block.

Do I need an assessment?

We recommend all clients book a 1-1 Initial Appointment or attend an Intro Workshop before attending a class. However, if you have no recent or ongoing injuries and are experienced in Reformer/Matwork Pilates then you can start a class after completing and passing our health screening form. Contact us on admin@thefarmstudio.co.uk to request this form.

How do I book a 1:1 or Duo Appointment?

Navigate to the ‘book now’ tab on the website and select ‘book Private Pilates’ and follow the steps.

How do I pay for my 1-1s or Duo Appointments?

Online. We sell session passes for our 1-1s & Duos so when you are asked for payment during your booking process you can choose which session pass you need e.g. Initial Assessment, Private Pilates 1-1 or Duo ( or choose a 4 or 10 session pass).

How much is a 1-1?

Initial Appointments are £45 and follow up sessions are £40.

How much is a class?

If you book a full block then our Reformer Classes work out £17/class and matwork work out at £12.50 per class. Drop In matwork classes are £14 and Drop In reformer classes are £19.50. The block booking also includes online Membership including over 150 online classes to view on demand as well as the live online class schedule.
