How do I book onto a class?
We run classes during term time, with set 6/7 week blocks. You can book the whole block before it starts (during the block booking window) and secure your place for the full course or book PAYG after the block has started (subject to availability). You book the classes (blocks or PAYG) via the website – navigate to the ‘book now’ tab on the website and select ‘book a class’ and follow the steps.
I have booked onto the full block but i’m on holiday one week – what do I do?
If you are away or ill one week you are able to cancel the individual class on that date (minimum 24hrs notice) from within your account, it will then be credited back to you as a class pass for you to use on another class at the studio within the same block.
Can I book individual classes?
Yes, once a block has started, individual PAYG classes can be booked. After selecting the class in the book now tab, a screen will offer which individual dates you would like to book.
Do I need an assessment?
We recommend all clients book a 1-1 initial assessment before attending a class to get the most out of the sessions. However, if you have no recent or ongoing injuries and have done Pilates before then you are sometimes able to start a class after completing our online health form.
