If you’re joining us for the first time, these are our two intro packages, designed to help you start your Pilates with us, weather it's classes or personalised 1–1 training.

Our classes are run in 6-8 week blocks, these are targeted courses, ensuring you get the most out of your Pilates. You can choose to book the full block and become a member of our Client Club, or book individual Drop In's.

When you block book & become a member of our Client Club, you get access to priority booking, our On-Demand Studio for home workouts, the best rate on classes as well as special offers - we recommend this!
