Class Booking FAQs

When you join a Membership, you'll choose your regular Home Class (or classes).

We'll reserve your space each week, so you don't need to rebook it every week.

You can cancel your regular class and use that session as a make-up within the same 8-week Membership cycle, subject to availability.

Matwork members can use any Matwork class or Reformer Fundamentals, giving you more options. Fundamentals is beginner-friendly, so it's also a great chance to try Reformer.

Reformer members can use any class on the timetable, including Reformer Fundamentals — ideal for refreshing your technique and revisiting the foundations.

Make-up classes are available to book up to one month in advance.

No. Your Home Class remains your regular reserved space.

Yes. Please contact us and we'll arrange this for you, subject to availability. Allow one month's notice for a permanent Home Class change.

No. You can join at any time and join the current programme part-way through. Your Membership will then continue on its own 8-week billing cycle.

Yes. You can book additional Drop-In classes alongside your Membership, subject to availability.

Our 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will use that session and it cannot be rescheduled.

Purchase a Combo Membership + Essential Matwork Membership. Together, these give you the same Membership benefits as Complete.

We'll need to update this manually for you, so please email us once you've purchased and we'll get everything set up.

If you prefer more flexibility, you can book individual Reformer or Matwork classes at our Drop-In rate, subject to availability.
