"2020 sees us continue our popular series of retreats at The Farm Studio. It's a chance for us to welcome you here to take some time-out to enjoy the open space and to switch off from busy lives.


We are based at Phepson Farm, an organic family farm in Worcestershire. The land here is managed to help conserve and nurture the natural landscape, flora and fauna - the perfect location for our retreats."

We have always had a focus on treating the whole body when addressing injuries and posture so it made perfect sense to start offering retreats to focus on the mind too and of course make the most of that lovely view! We will be working with some great people to offer you a little extra. I am super excited to offer our "Nourish Me" Pilates and Food for Health retreat with foodie and cookery teacher Emma King in the Summer as well as welcoming Mindfulness coach Di Titterton from Time to Flourise for our Spring Retreat. We have some fantastic days to look forward to, the perfect chance to spend some quality time with friends while caring for yourself too.


The Wellness Retreat - Pilates and Mindfulness

Leave the hectic behind and join us for a day to focus on relaxation, movement and breathing. We will be joined by mindfulness coach Di Titterton, who will be introducing you to mindfulness, exploring breathing techniques with a relaxation session complete with cosy blankets.

2:00pm - Welcome.
2:10pm - Pilates. Movement quality, posture & breathing.
Break with seasonal healthy shots and yummy bliss balls.
3:45pm - Mindfulness session with Di Tittertion.
5:15pm - Refresh and close to the day.

Nourish Me - Pilates & Food for Health

A day to nourish the body through movement and food. Your day of pilates and relaxation will have an extra twist when foodie and cookery teacher Emma King joins us to serve some amazing food and share her time saving tips for healthy and enriching treats and recipes.
