"2019 sees us launching our first year of retreats at The Farm Studio. It's a chance for us to welcome you here to take some time-out to enjoy the open space and to switch off from busy lives.


We are based at Phepson Farm, an organic family farm in Worcestershire. The land here is managed to help conserve and nurture the natural landscape, flora and fauna - the perfect location for our retreats."

We have always had a focus on treating the whole body when addressing injuries and posture so it made perfect sense to start offering retreats to focus on the mind too and of course make the most of that lovely view! We will be working with some great people to offer you a little extra. I am super excited to offer our "Pilates and Good Food" retreat with foodie and cookery teacher Emma King in the Autumn and then to welcome Sarah Norris for my Winter Retreat. Sarah is one of the UK's leading women's health physio's and APPI master trainers. We have some fantastic days to look forward to, the perfect chance to spend some quality time with friends while caring for yourself too.


Calm Days - Pilates and Breathing

Our first day retreat gives you the chance to escape the hectic routine of everyday life and focus on your body and mind. Relaxation, breathing and supporting each other are at the heart of this retreat.

2pm - Welcome.
2:15pm - Pilates. Movement quality, posture & breathing.
Break with seasonal healthy shots and yummy bliss balls.
3:30pm - Interactive session. Working together, support & movement.
Break.
4:45pm - Relaxation. Cosy blankets & breathing techniques.
5:15pm - Refresh and close to the day.

Move Well, Live Well - Pilates & Fascia

June 29th 2019 2-5:30pm £50pp



This retreat has a focus on freedom of movement and releasing tension throughout your body. We'll gain an insight into the body's facial system, the connective tissue that is key your body's movement and stability. We'll stretch, breath and release through the afternoon.
2pm - Welcome.
2:15pm - Pilates. Movement quality, balance and functional stretches.
Break with seasonal healthy shots and yummy bliss balls.
3:30pm - The Fascial system. Fascial release & self treatment.
Break.
4:45pm - Relaxation. Cosy blankets & breathing techniques.

The Foodie One - Pilates and Good Food

A day to nourish the body through movement and food. Your day of pilates and relaxation will have an extra twist when foodie and cookery teacher Emma King joins us to serve some amazing food and share her time saving tips for healthy and enriching treats and recipes. More details to come....

Resilient Self - Pilates & Women's Health

I am so excited to welcome Sarah Norris, owner of the top women's health clinic, The Physiotherapy Clinic in Liverpool and leading women's health Physiotherapist. Sarah was recently made a Master Trainer with The Australian Pilates and Physiotherapy Institute,one of just 7 in the world.
